With experience building software solutions for local businesses, professional contacts, and early-stage operators, Joshua brings a practical understanding of how technology can improve operations, strengthen customer engagement, and create competitive advantages. Before founding Avalon, Joshua worked in banking and sales, where he developed experience in client relations, asset management, business communication, and leadership. That background gave him a strong understanding of how businesses operate, how clients make decisions, and where companies often fall behind in their digital presence. Joshua started Avalon after seeing that many local small businesses were struggling with outdated websites, weak digital systems, and limited online infrastructure. He saw that this left them exposed to stronger, more digitally advanced competitors. Through Avalon, his goal is to help business owners take the next step toward modernizing their operations without the complexity, confusion, or frustration that often comes with digitization. At Avalon, Joshua focuses on client acquisition and management, software development and maintenance, and daily operational leadership. His work includes projects such as TCC-Tracker, a wireless store management platform, and DOTSPRO, a vendor lead-tracking system, both built for multi-million-dollar companies. Joshua believes local businesses should have access to the same quality digital tools as larger companies. His mission is to make technology practical, affordable, and directly useful for business owners who want to compete and grow in the digital world.
